Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch

pumpkin15Although the weather here in So Cal is still warm, it is technically Fall, which means it time for pumpkin everything! 🎃

It had been years since I visited Tanaka Farms in Irvine. When Kelsey was little, we went every year. However, as a teenager, she has little desire to take a tractor ride or pet a goat. But after some some serious begging and pleading, haha, she finally agreed to go!

Upon arrival, we parked in the dirt parking lot and walked to the entrance, where we paid a $3 admission fee. (Please note parking is limited and fills up quickly on the weekends. Please check Tanaka Farms website to reserve your free parking pass for the last 2 weekends of October). The corn maze is included in the admission, however all other activities (tractor ride, petting zoo, vegetable picking) are extra.

We spent the afternoon walking through the pumpkin patch, exploring the corn maze, and conversing with the sheep!

We all had so much fun, even Kelsey! 😃 If you are in the Orange County area, I highly recommend a visit to Tanaka Farms.
